We recently purchased a stunning “Visual Comfort” ceiling mount light fixture for our entrance foyer from Steve Rice at “Light & Living” in N. Eastham, MA and had an amazing experience all around. The fixture is of the highest quality and fits perfectly in the space. The showroom in N. Eastham displays numerous high quality fixtures from various lighting manufacturers. In addition , Steve’s attention to detail when expediting the order was greatly appreciated. The required time frame from when the order was placed to when the fixture needed to be on site (while the electrician was there) was very tight. As a result Steve went over and above to make sure the fixture arrived on time. A job well done!

Light and Living is the best! We renovated our house in Harwich Port last year and Steve was invaluable in helping us navigate the lighting world for both interior and exterior lights. Steve is very knowledgable and has great access to all the usual lighting suppliers, but also some smaller, more specialized lighting companies that offer very unique lights that are truly works of art. At a time when it’s challenging to get any service at all (not even GREAT service), Steve is in a class of his own. If you want to work with someone who really delivers, go to Steve. I first had the pleasure of visiting the Light & Living showroom in North Eastham early last spring. I have purchased several lights from Light & Living and it as always been a wonderful experience. Steve’s knowledge of lighting is extensive and he is on top of it when it comes communication. We recently purchased lighting from Light and Living Gallery for our new home in Eastham. We were impressed with the quality and variety of fixtures on display in the Gallery as well as the extensive variety of fixtures that could be ordered. Steve Rice, the owner of the Gallery, was very familiar with the products that were available. He did help us to evaluate fixture sizing and placement in our home.
